Copyright. The copyright of all images remains with Hannah Jones and Blessings Captured Photography. The images provided to you are licensed to you for personal purposes only, including but not limited to: printing, copying, emailing, and web publishing. This license does not use that results in financial gain, including but not to: advertising, stock photography, print sale profits, or resale of any nature.
Display. The client(s) hereby allow(s) the photographer to display any photograph covered by this contract and to generally promote the business in advertising, brochures, magazine articles, websites, sample albums etc. The client(s) may request to not have their likens appear on the internet.
Cancellation Or Refusal By Photographer. The photographer upholds a Biblical world-view. If at any time the photographer feels that the Word of God is being violated, cancelation my occur. In event that should happen liability shall be limited to a full refund of any fees paid. There also my be cancelation for reasons beyond the photographer's control.
Cancellation By Client. If the client chooses to cancel, liability shall be limited to refund of fees paid but not a refund of the booking fee.
Payment. A non-refundable booking fee of half the client's chosen package will confirm your booking, as well as full acceptance of the terms and conditions as published on the photographer's website. The booking fee will be deducted from the cost of the client's chosen package when calculating the final balance due. Full payment shall be due on the day of event.
Delivery. The photographer will endeavor to deliver digital negative files as quickly as possible. However this could take up to 4-6 weeks during busy periods.
Damages. Should the digital negative files be lost, damaged or destroyed for the reasons beyond control, the photographer's liability shall be limited to a full refund of any fees paid, but shall not include a refund for any goods already received.
