School Picture Day Process

Here's a summery of my typical process of doing school pictures. Let me know how I can customize it for your school, or if you have any questions.

1.Before Picture day:

.School gives Parents copies of release, order form and check list.

.Parents review and sign the release.

.Parents fill out order form(s) (I need an email address and phone number for each family).

.Payment is due for any ordered prints.

.I sign the releases.

.I take Class and School group pictures.

.I take individual student pictures.

.I email the parents a link to a gallery of pictures.

.Parents email me their favorite pose to be ordered.

.I order the prints.

.I deliver the prints to the school.
